If prostitution is legalized or not, it is important that we enforce that law. In my opinion, that is going to be the key to solving the problems that we want to solve - abuse, human trafficking etc.

I agree that legalization doesn’t necessarily make things better. For example, I imagine that daily life for the average joe in San Francisco isn’t very different after marijuana was legalized in California. I hate it when people smoke pot right in the middle of areas with high footfalls. I guess there is a law which prohibits smoking within a small distance of buildings. But it is never really enforced.
